Product Description

 With more than20 years' history, Shandong  Jintai Rolls Co., Ltd is a large and professional enterprise in China that integrates research, development and manufacture of alloy roll into one, and is one of the Shandong Provincial New & Hi-Tech Enterprise. The company owns advanced middle frequency furnace, compound centrifugal casting machine, precise and complete metal cutting equipment and advanced and modern quality measurement and control means. The alloy rolls we manufactured have the characteristic of high rigidity, high intensity, good wear resistance, anti crack and anti strip, sell well within the country, have been exported to a couple of countries covering Asia, Africa and Europe, and win good reputations from our customers.  

The serial rollers are produced with double-layer compound centrifugal casting skill, machined by numerical control equipment, and tested by advanced quality monitoring & control equipment, with ex-layer of roller made fo excellent alloy, such as high chromium, nickel and molybdenum alloys and the in-layer made of spheroidal graphite cast iron and the roller shaft is made of 40Cr by thermal refining, which is smelted in advance medium-frequency furnace. The rollers are of a lot of advantages, such as high rigidity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hot-cracking resistance, stripping resistance and durability(for repeated rolling and using).
